We’ll start with an introductory call, where I’ll learn about your most pressing concerns and share how I can support you.

1. Discovery call

Let’s dive deep into your business. In a 60-minute session, we’ll discuss your business in detail. We’ll pinpoint what your business really is, what services you offer, and where you want to go, and then we’ll also dig into the financials. By the end of the hour, we’ll have thoroughly discussed your business goals, operations, finances, and more, which we’ll use as a baseline for performance moving forward.

2. Intro consult (60 min)

Let the learning begin. You and I will have a mentoring call every two weeks to stay on track, and between calls, you’ll go through modules on:

  • Earning more per client, including raising rates, onboarding programs, upselling current clients, and more.

  • Getting more clients through paid marketing and sales.
